HOW TO ACTIVATE?
METHOD OF N1. (WEB)
1) Sign in to your old personal account or create a new one on the microsoft.com site by selecting a country from the USA\Europe (e.g. Germany).
2) If the account is old and the country is Russia, then you need to change the country to USA\Europe (for example, Germany) on the page https://account.microsoft.com/profile/.
3) We expect several hours to change the country in the profile or exit the account on two sites https://redeem.microsoft.com/ and https://account.microsoft.com/profile/ in anticipation that the country of the profile will change.
